The couple’s child has contracted a rare disease called Giant Congenital Nevus. This strange disease causes moles with hair to grow all over the baby’s body. That makes the boy’s body have huge patches of very strange hair.
The couple then took the child to the doctors and were told it was extremely rare. The rate of babies born with this disease is 1 in 2,000,000. Doctors said the boy needed to be treated immediately or else the condition could lead to skin cancer. The treatment cost for the boy is about 1 million yuan (about 3.4 billion dong). This is too much money for the couple but they are still trying their best to treat their child.
